Following a successful trial, all new clients are required to complete a Pooch Passport. This provides us with all the necessary detail to provide bespoke care for your dog and ensures any subsequent boarding experience is stress free and as enjoyable as possible.

It is hoped that clients will only need to complete this form once. However, if any details change between boards, clients can submit a replacement form or request Penny's Pooches to make changes to the information held on file.

Please note, a Pooch Passport is required for each dog.

Ahead of each and every boarding period a new Handover Declaration Form must be submitted. This is a condition of the licence arrangements and ensures the dog, the business and our clients are all protected.

Payment & Cancellation Policy

Bookings during particularly busy holiday periods may attract a 30% non-refundable deposit at time of booking.

All outstanding boarding fees are to be settled before handover at the end of the boarding period. Penny's Pooches has no capability to offer credit.

Fees are to be settled in cash or via bank transfer. Penny's Pooches has no capability to take card payment. Cheques will not be accepted.
