Pooch Passport

Following a successful trial, all new clients are required to complete a Pooch Passport. This provides Penny's Pooches with all the necessary detail to provide bespoke care for your dog and ensures any subsequent boarding experience is stress free and as enjoyable as possible.

It is hoped that clients will only need to complete this form once. However, if any details change between boards, clients can submit a replacement form or request Penny's Pooches to make changes to the information held on file.

Please note, a Pooch Passport is required for each dog.
